A RARE PAIR OF TURQUOISE-GROUND FAMILLE ROSE BOWLS
GUANGXU PERIOD (1875-1908)
Each with rounded sides rising to slightly flared rims, decorated in the famille rose palette with narcissus, nandina, bamboo and lingzhi growing from ornamental rockwork, further embellished with a narrow gilt band on the mouth rim, repeated above the ring foot, inscribed in iron-red below the mouth rim with the characters, Dayazhai, beside the Tian Di Yi Jia Chun sealmark, all reserved on a turquoise-ground, the interior and base with a transparent glaze, the base with an iron-red Yong Qing Chang Chun mark
