The smiling figure exquisitely carved seated on a rocky outcrop, holding a peach branch bearing two peaches in his left hand and a seed between two fingers in his right hand, his face with an amused expression, his finely striated beard falling to his chest, his long flowing robes, from which his shoes protrude, falling loosely in folds at his sides and feet, elegantly tied in a bow around his voluminous waist with a sash from which hangs a lingzhi spray at the back
