ATTRIBUTED TO THE AMYKOS PAINTER, CIRCA LATE 5TH CENTURY B.C.
The obverse with a nude youth in the center leaning on a stele, his body frontal with the right leg crossing the left, his left hand resting atop a staff, his head turned towards a nude youth to the right, a club in his lowered hand, his right hand raised, a woman to the left wearing a chiton and himation, her hair bound in a ribbon, offering a wreath in her right hand; the reverse with three draped youths, two holding staffs; bands of meander with saltire squares below the scenes, laurel below the rim
