The obverse with Hermes standing with his weight on his left leg, the right bent at the knee, facing left, nude but for a chlamys pinned by a circular brooch, his petasos over his shoulders, holding his kerykeion in his right hand; the reverse with a standing draped youth facing left; a band of wave encircling the vase below; each side of the neck with a female head in profile to the left, a band of wave below, dotted ovolo above, with vertical lines on the shoulders, palmette complexes below the handles
