CIRCA 1ST CENTURY A.D.
In the form of a wolf head with a long tapering snout and grooved mouth, the nostrils indented, the almond-shaped eyes slightly recessed beneath modelled brows, the triangular ears projecting back, a carinated ridge extending below from ear to ear, the ridge incised with chevron, the edge of the neck crenelated, with a perforation on each side for attachment
