Centering upon a button pearl measuring from 11.2 to 12.7 mm, within an old European-cut diamond surround, flanked on either side by a smaller old European-cut diamond and terminated by a button pearl measuring from 3.9 to 5.7 mm, mounted in gold and silver, 4.0 cm wide
Accompanied by report no. 11175293 dated 7 June 2000 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that the three partially drilled pearls are natural, with additional comment stating that the centre pearl has been worked on the base
