With two-stage barrel with turned girdle, octagonal breech struck with a mark, a bushy tree flanked by mullets, and with traces of an inscription, plain lock with strongly bevelled edges, struck with a mark on the inside and fitted with sliding pan-cover, later wooden full stock, horn butt-cap, iron mounts, and horn-tipped ramrods.
