A large Chinese Longquan celadon yanyan vase and a tripod censer
Ming dynasty (1368-1643)
The main body incised to each side with a roundel enclosing a flower spray, reserved on a diaper-pattern ground, covered in a lustruous sea-green crackled glaze, cracks, 49.7 cm. high; and a censer carved to the globular sides with a scrolling meander of peony, the unglazed interior impresses with a peony, covered in a sea-green mottled glaze, 34 cm. diam.
