The primary imagery used in this work is a photostat of a drawing by Robert Cornell, brother of the artist. Beginning in the mid-1960s and following Robert's death in 1965, Cornell made of series of collages based on photostats of his brother's drawings. Moreover, he made photostats of Robert's signature in order to give him credit.
