an old sea chest with later decorations, painted black, with a portrait of Enterprise within an oval painted rope work frame, the New York Yacht Club burgee, the Vanderbilt house flag, and inscribed on the top "The Yacht Enterprise/Captain Harold S. Vanderbilt/N.Y.Y.C.", and with rope work beckets on either side, and a steel lock escutcheon.
