Dr. J. Kroes illustrates a plate from this service (Chinese Armorial Porcelain for the Dutch Market, Den Haag, The Netherlands, 2008) and explains (pp. 222-3) that Jan Jordan and Sara Constantia Panser of Amsterdam were married between 1745 and 1748, noting that Sara's brother was a VOC official in Amsterdam.
