Maximilian Josef Maria Philip Clemens Graf con Arco was born 8 April 1806 in Munich and died 23 December 1875 in Venice. He married Anna Contessa Marescalchi on 11 June 1832. The scion of a very old house that could trace its lineage back to the early thirteenth century, he occupied a prominent position among the Bavarian nobility.
