Each with a scrolled toprail above a shaped and pierced vertical splat, with a padded drop-in seat covered in pale blue foliate needlework, above a shaped apron, on scrolled cabriole legs headed by carved foliage, the back legs joined by turned stretchers, on claw-and-ball feet, one drop-in seat frame incised 'V', the side seat rail of the same chair inscribed in black ink '305'
