The rounded rectangular featherbanded quarter-veneered top enclosing a green-baize playing surface with recessed counter-wells and candle stands, above a frieze drawer, on scrolled and lappeted cabriole legs headed by carved foliage, on claw-and-ball feet, the inside of the concertina action and back rail later veneered, probably to cover woodworm
