THREE WHITE JADE RECTANGULAR PENDANTS
18TH/19TH CENTURY
Comprising two pendants carved with a scene of a sage carrying a staff crossing a foot bridge to a nearby pavilion situated by a large overhanging pine tree, the reverse of each with a raised inscription describing the scene followed by two seals, wen and wan (for scholar's pleasure); the third pendant carved utilizing the pale russet markings in the stone with a secluded pavilion situated on the banks of a river beneath an overhanging pine tree, the reverse with a two-character inscription in seal script reading Chun Shan (Spring Mountain)
