A LARGE PAINTED GREY POTTERY MODEL OF A BUILDING
HAN DYNASTY (206 BC-AD 220)
Comprised of three slab-constructed sections: one a walled courtyard with a central entrance flanked by two brackets supporting a cornice, the courtyard sitting at the base of the front wall of a tall structure pierced near the bottom with four small holes and with two further holes higher up the wall below four square windows and three further brackets supporting a cross beam, the flat top with large oblong opening and the base with two large circular openings; the third section of rectangular shape with three low walls; with incised and painted decoration in white, red, yellowish-ochre and pale blue pigments
