A RARE BLUE AND WHITE LOBED 'DRAGON AND PHOENIX' BOWL
YONGZHENG SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1723-1735)
The exterior well painted with alternating reserves of dragons chasing flaming pearls and ascending phoenixes amidst wisps of clouds, all between a border of classic scroll on the short foot and continuous wave pattern with crashing waves and florets at the rim, repeated on the interior above a central quatrefoil reserve of a phoenix amidst clouds
