A gilt bronze figure of Hevajra with Nairatmya
Tibeto-Chinese, 17th/18th Century
The three-faced wrathful deity in pratyalidhasana, his principal hands embracing Nairatmya and his remaining arms radiating, clad in a dhoti, coiled snakes, a tiger skin about his waist, both adorned with beaded jewelry inlaid with hardstones, their heads surmounted by foiliate tiaras, with red pigment remaining and the figures cast separately
