On mathematics and astronomy, Persian manuscript on paper, 103ff. plus 1 fly-leaf, each folio with 16ll. of elegant nasta'liq in panels outlined in gold and blue, catchwords, important words and phrases picked out in red, occasional diagrams in red, opening folio with dense and fine gold and polychrome illumination framing 7ll. of nasta'liq in clouds reserved against pink hatched and foliate ground, incomplete at beginning and end, some waterstaining, in original brown morocco with stamped central medallion and spandrels and doublures with découpé decoration on blue ground
