Poetry, Persian manuscript on paper, 250ff. plus 1 fly-leaf, each folio with 29ll. of black nasta'liq verging on shikasteh arranged in four columns with double gold intercolumnar rules, headings in red, opening page with gold and blue illuminated headpiece, three further folios with similarly illuminated headpieces, first bifolio with text within a gold illuminated frame, minor areas of staining, in original gilt brown morocco with stamped medallion and spandrels
