TURKEY, 17TH CENTURY
Of cusped circular form, the front with central inset rectangular pale tourmaline surrounded by a band of smaller semi-precious stones inlcuding green beryl, yellow quartz and red rubies, the panel on which these are set pierced with a floral interlace design, visible on the reverse, comprising dense flowering vine surrounded by a band of rosettes, with later applied pin attachment
