The Kutani elephant mounted as an inkwell, standing foursquare and with its head tilted to the right, decorated in blue, red, green, orange and yellow glazes, 15.5 cm. high; and a pair of Satsuma urn-shaped vases applied with two scroll handles, decorated to the central panels with figures to one side and birds to the other, 24.5 cm. high
