LAGRANGE
Château Lagrange is one of the largest estates in St-Julien, with 113 hectares of vines; 109 are red and 4 hectares are white. Of the reds, 65 are Cabernet Sauvignon, 28 Merlot and 7 Petit Verdot and of the whites, 60 are Sauvignon Blanc, 30 Semillon and 10 Muscadelle. The Grand Vin is made from vines that are generally older than 30 years. Younger vines are used for the production of the second wine, Les Fiefs de Lagrange, and only accounting for 3 of production is their dry white wine called Les Arums de Lagrange.
