La tête de l'animal est présentée dans un nodule, face gauche offerte à la vue. Beau spécimen non compressé avec les dents inférieures et supérieures bords à bords. Cette superbe dentition montre que Dyrosaurus phosphaticus, reptile éteint, ancêtre de nos modernes crocodiles, était un fantastique prédateur.
