A SOUTH ARABIAN BRONZE LADLE WITH INSCRIPTION
CIRCA 3RD CENTURY A.D.
With ibex head handle, an inscription on the outside handle edge naming the owner "Malikum Asar"; a bronze ladle with terminal in the form of a feline-like head, surmounted by a small bird with wings outstretched; and another, the terminal in the form of a panther head with scrolling ruffs continuing down the handle to a three-pronged collar, both circa 3rd Century A.D.
