A BOEOTIAN TERRACOTTA FIGURE OF A HORSE
MID-6TH CENTURY B.C.
Standing four-square, with straight tail and thick mane, with red and brown painted linear and circular decoration; and a Roman bronze figure of a child wearing cloak wrapped around, the right arm cradling folds under the arm to form a basket, mounted, circa 1st Century B.C./A.D.
4¼ in. (11 cm.) high and 2 3/8 in. (6 cm.) high respectively (2)

Formerly in an early 20th Century French private collection (item one); and property previously from a French deceased estate (item two).
