CASE: reed-gadrooned 'krater' vase case surmounted by pomegranate-tipped dome, enwreathed by serpents bearing satyr masks
DIAL: white enamel and signed 'Merra/A Paris', gilt-brass hands
MOVEMENT: twin barrels with silk suspension anchor escapement and countwheel strike on bell; pendulum, two winding keys
