The quarter-veneered tilt-top crossbanded in tulipwood, on a quadripartite base with spreading baluster shaft with cabouchon and foliate band, on scrolled cabriole legs with rockwork feet and sunk brass castors, the top veneered onto mahogany, the block under the top in mahogany, stamped HOLLAND & SONS on the top of the block, the castor plates stamped 'COPE'S PATENT'
