Tapering cylindircal on a spreading base and three ball feet, repoussé and chased with alternating panels enclosing a scale pattern, birds and the Imperial double-headed eagle amidst flowers and foliage, within scroll borders, the rim with elaborate Russian inscriptions, marked under base
