Marked with the Cyrillic initials 'NG', Moscow, 1839
The cylindrical body with everted rim applied with a continuous frieze cast with classical soldiers within a rocaille surround, the foliate-cast scroll handle with eagle's head terminal, marked beneath rim and under base; together with a silver handled cup, marked 'PM' probably for Peter Muller, St. Petersburg, first quarter 19th century, with French import mark; the cylindrical body with everted rim applied with two cartouches depicting mythological scenes, between two bands cast with trailing grapevines, the scroll handle with eagle's head terminal, marked beneath rim and under base
