The compressed spherical body on four conical feet, repoussé and chased with grape vines and the dates 1613 and 1913, commemorating the tercentenary of the Romanov dynasty, centering a crowned en plein enamel coat of arms of the city of Nizhny Novgorod, the raised back panel repoussé and chased with the Imperial double-headed eagle, with simulated cabochon garnet finial, marked under base
