Of traditional form on a circular foot, with raised shaped handle, decorated with shaded varicolor enamel stylized flowerheads, scrolling foliage and geometric motifs on a light blue-green ground, the foot enameled with orange and yellow stylized foliate motifs on a black ground, marked under base and handle
