With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with enamel dial and Roman numerals in 1908 and its subsequent sale on 2 April 1909. The Extract further confirms that the watch obtained a Grade A rating certificate from the Geneva Observatory on 30 December 1908.
