Tasting note: . Initially sweet and attractive. Later noted chewy, chunky, a bit lean and mean but not bad at all. Most recently: fleshy, soft fruit, no harsh edges, floral and fragrant; soft, ripe Merlot showing. Perfectly agreeable. A good '94. Last tasted Nov 2003 *** M.B.
