The rounded rectangular top above a shaped frieze carved with a scallop shell and scrolling foliage, on acanthus-carved cabriole legs with scrolling bowed trifid feet

'This table has Irish trifid feet, each with a finely carved acanthus leaf trailing quite some way up the leg. The Vitruvian scrolling on the apron is remarkable'.
