Tasting note: Deep brick red. Intense aniseed/liquorice/dark berry, mocha aromas with some minty/graphite/rustic notes. The palate is chunky and concentrated with blackberry/mocha/graphite/minty/bitumen flavours underlying miso-soup notes and gravelly, dry tannins.
