A FAMILLE ROSE 'DRAGON' DISH, DAOGUANG MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
painted and gilt with a central dragon holding a flaming pearl surrounded by four further dragons painted in variously coloured enamels among cloud scrolls and flames, the outside with four scrolling dragons on a similar background -- 12¾in. (32.5cm.) diam.
