Shaped triangular suspension hook faced with hinged cartouche set with jasper and chased with c-scrolls and rocaille, two suspension hooks with blue egg-shaped and round aventurine glass thimble cases, further suspension hook with hinged nécessaire similarly chased and set with jasper panels, containing implements including steel blade with tortoiseshell handle inlaid with gold, spoon, scissors, pencil holder and one other tool, gilt-metal push-pin, within hinged fishskin case with red lining
