With an ibis and Maat facing each other, the ibis in wood covered in gesso, the legs, the tail feathers and the head each cast separately and inserted, the legs and tail feathers embellished with incision, the legs folded under, with a sinuous neck and long bill, the closed wings articulated, Maat squatting, wearing a tripartite wig fronted by a uraeus and surmounted by an ostrich plume, both inserted into the original rectangular wood plinth, the ibis on a raised tier
