CIRCA 1ST CENTURY B.C.-1ST CENTURY A.D.
The spade-shaped face with small fleshy lips and a triangular nose, the thin grooved brows arching over the almond-shaped eyes, the sclerae inlaid in limestone, additional inlays for the pupils now missing, the top and back of the head flat and roughly finished, the ears pierced, wearing ancient gold hoop earrings, possibly original, "Venus"-lines along the neck
