A MORAVIAN GILT BRONZE ORNAMENT
CIRCA 9TH CENTURY A.D.
In the form of a head of a boar in profile to the left, the stylized head with a flat muzzle, the rounded lower lip with a tusk protruding, with a large convex eye, the ear overlapping a fringe of fur, embellished with a foliate pattern outlined by stippling, the surface gilt, with two perforations, one preserving a rivet
