MARK OF PARKER AND WAKELIN, LONDON, 1764
With gadroon borders, each engraved with inventory number and scratch-weight to the reverse; together with a George III silver baluster mug, mark probably that of Samuel Whitford (I) or Samuel White, London, 1762, with leaf-capped scroll handle, the sides later chased with rococo scrolls and flowers
the plates, 9¾ in. (24.7 cm.) diameter; the mug 5 in. (12.7 cm.) high
