Moscow, 1775, unrecorded maker's mark Cyrillic A.D.R.
Circular on tapering stepped foot, repoussé, chased and engraved on each side with an eagle amongst flowers and scrolls, with trellis, rocaille and foliate scroll cartouche around the foliate and scroll detailed spout, the detachable cover with floral scrolls and rocaille around the wooden finial and similar details with ermine ground to the wooden handle mounts, marked under cover and base
