SECOND EDITION. The illustrations, documenting both executed designs and speculative projects, were selected by a Scottish architect working in Dresden, James Ogilvy, seventh Earl of Findlater and Seafield (1750-1811). Included are some of Findlater's own projects, including a stable block and an office court commissioned by Otto Karl Friedrich, Graf von Schönburg, at Penig in Saxony.
