Standing on a lotus, his four hands holding lotus, gada, cakra and sankha, fat belly, wearing many body ornaments, dhoti, his face with almond-shaped eyes, aquiline nose, smiling lips, elongated earlobes with earrings, high jatamakuta, flanked by his consorts Laksmi and Sarasvati, the latter with instrument, a pair of smaller figures behind, the front of base with two kneeling adorants, lower part of base with short inscription, the shrine carved with a pair of vidyadharas and at the apex the kirttimukha
