The circular revolving top with tan leather-lined writing-surface, centred by a circular hinged well, above twelve mahogany-lined drawers each with an oval inlaid with letters from the alphabet, on a square pedestal with a panelled door enclosing a shelf, on a plinth and sunk castors, the handles replaced
