Standing with his many legs in pratyalidhasana on separate moulded animals and human figures reclining on a lotus base, his principle hands holding karttrika and kapala, the others holding his specific attributes, wearing tigerskin, malas of severed heads and skulls, many dharmapala ornaments, partly set with turquoise beads, his head with several faces including a bull's face, the head of Manjusri above, red painted flaming hairdress, in sexual embrace with his female partner, who is offering him a kapala with blood and holding a karttrika, wearing bone apron set with turquoise beads
