maker's marks of the Firma Neresheimer, Hanau, circa 1900, also struck with importmarks from 1901 for Chester
The trumpet-shaped beaker, of Groningen type, on spreading domed base decorated with cherubs and fruit, a band of foliage and applied band of thorns 'doornenkrans' above, the body engraved with two auricular shaped medallions and hanging fruit, two seated dogs below, one medallion engraved with one of the Three Kings
