A fine Dutch silver beaker
marks indistinct, possibly Frisia, circa 1691, also struck with later duty-mark of 1795 for Amsterdam
On spreading foot with corded, foliate and lozenge bands, inset with a medal, and inscribed: "HC * SS" "11 7/8 Loot", plain trumpet-shaped body with a floral upper rim and inscribed: "Josep is een Timmerman milt * Deese is Getrocken uit het gildt Anno 1691."
