CIRCA 1815-1820, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARKS OVER ROMAN NUMERAL I, THE TRAY WITH BLUE CROSSED SWORDS ABOVE STAR AND 4, PRESSUMMERN
Painted with still lives of flowers including roses, irises, tulips, sunflowers, primula and convolvulus, within canted rectangular cartouches tooled with vitruvian scrolls with flowerheads to each corner, reserved against burnished gilt ground tooled with bands of laurel above simulated gadrooning, the handles with anthemion terminals issuing berried branches, comprising:
An oviform teapot and cover
A coffee-pot and cover,
A two-handled sugar bowl and cover,
A milk-jug,
A flared circular basin,
Twelve cups and saucers
And an oval tray
One cup with small flake to panel, some minor wear to saucers and tray
In original fitted tooled morocco case lined in green silk (32)
